Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme: opportunities for entrepreneurs
We are pleased to inform the members of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCIC) about the "Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs" program, for which the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is an intermediary organization. This program, funded by the European Commission, provides opportunities for experienced entrepreneurs to expand their business and share their experience with new and motivated entrepreneurs from all over Europe.
What is Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs?
The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program aims to support new and experienced entrepreneurs by creating conditions for the exchange of knowledge and experience. New entrepreneurs get the opportunity to work alongside experienced entrepreneurs for one to six months, improving their small business management skills and developing their skills. The stay of the young entrepreneurs in the country of the host entrepreneur is fully financed by the European Commission.
Benefits for experienced entrepreneurs
Experienced entrepreneurs who participate in the program as hosts can take advantage of numerous advantages:
- Fresh ideas and new perspectives: Working with young and motivated entrepreneurs, on the other hand, can bring new ideas and innovative solutions to the field of activity of the experienced entrepreneur. This interaction can stimulate creative thinking and offer a different perspective on business processes.
- International cooperation and network expansion: The program provides an opportunity to establish new international contacts and expand the network of business partners. This can open doors to new markets and create opportunities for future joint projects and collaborations.
- Increasing competitiveness: Implementing new ideas and approaches can improve business competitiveness. In addition, experienced entrepreneurs have the opportunity to learn about new technologies and trends that can be integrated into their business model.
- Training and mentoring: Participating in the program as a host allows experienced entrepreneurs to develop their training and mentoring skills. This not only enriches their professional experience, but also creates the satisfaction of helping a new generation of entrepreneurs.
Benefits for new entrepreneurs
New or budding entrepreneurs also benefit greatly from the program. They get the unique opportunity to work directly with experienced entrepreneurs and learn best practices in a real business environment. This includes on-the-job training in SMEs in other countries, facilitating the successful start-up and management of their businesses. In addition, new entrepreneurs can expand their business networks, find potential business partners and get to know new markets.
How to participate?
The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program offers significant opportunities for new and experienced entrepreneurs. Young business leaders gain invaluable experience and knowledge that will help them launch and develop their business, while experienced entrepreneurs can benefit from new ideas and international connections. The Rousse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) encourage participation in this program and offer assistance throughout the application and participation process. Both organizations have many years of experience in implementing projects funded under various EU programs, including Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, which guarantees high quality of the services and support provided.
Interest in the program is high and many home entrepreneurs have already taken advantage of its benefits.
