A new initiative to support small business owners

Letz Retail is a project whose main goal is to answer the challenges that many small shop owners, managers and self-employed people face when it comes to attracting consumers / visitors to their shops. By offering a training program, the project aims to provide the target group with the necessary knowledge, skills and competences to improve their business, making it sustainable and ecological.

The training program offers frameworks for skills and competences based on the research and analysis of the successful application of co-creation, co-design and co-working in specific environments and with the aim to specific challenges were met. In all six countries, case studies will be selected to be examined as solutions and the unconventional ideas identified in them will serve as examples for learners.

In addition, an online survey will be conducted with the owners/managers of the case studies to gain first-hand information on the core skill sets associated with co-creation, co-design and collaboration. (co-working) and the necessary competencies. All the information received will be presented to representatives of the project's target groups through dialogues and workshops. In this way, after a detailed and meticulous approach, the LETZ RETAIL Skills and Competence Framework will be developed and the foundations will be laid for defining the training objectives and curriculum. Based on all the information received, an online learning environment will be developed and created.

Letz Retail is a project financed under the Erasmus + program and is implemented in six European countries - Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Greece. The project started on October 1, 2019 and will end on September 30, 2021.
