FINE2WORK project will promote entrepreneurial competences
Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with partners from Cyprus, Latvia and Portugal, is actively working on the FINE2WORK project aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, financial literacy and digital competences. The main activity of the project is the development of training materials for people who want to start their own business or develop an independent activity.
One of the first tasks was to conduct a large-scale survey among people in the 4 countries, through which to investigate the needs and gaps in people's knowledge regarding the three main areas - entrepreneurship, financial literacy and digital competences. It also probed the opinion of the respondents on the various aspects and problems regarding starting a business in their own countries or working from home.
Based on these results, a framework was developed on which the training materials, divided into 3 modules, will be based. Their development is tailored to the competences of each of the partners, as Emphasys Center (Cyprus) will develop "Digital Competencies", Project Net (Latvia) - "Financial Literacy", and Descularte (Portugal) and Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry will jointly work on "Entrepreneurial Competencies". The development of training materials should be finalized in December 2020.
