Important for employers who wish to receive funds for the period before 1/10/2020 under the second design of the 60/40 measure
Employers who wish to receive funds for the period before 1.10.2020 and meet the conditions of PMS No. 151/03.07.2020 (the second design of the 60/40 measure) can submit an application and the required documents until 17: 00:00 on 15.10.2020
The Employment Agency reminds employers who have already been approved under the second design of the 60/40 measure that the payment of the funds is made on the basis of an up-to-date list of employees for the previous month and a Letter - declaration for monthly reporting. The deadline for submitting these documents is October 30, 2020.
The specified deadlines for receiving application documents and for submitting monthly reporting documents for the previous period are determined in accordance with PMS 278/12.10.2020 and with the Order of the Executive Director of the Employment Agency, according to Art. 4, paragraph 1 and art. 5, paragraph 1 of PMS 151/2020
The Employment Agency draws attention to the fact that employers must comply with the specified deadlines for applications (15.10.2020) and for monthly reporting (30.10.2020), as documents submitted after these dates are not subject to inspection and assessment by the commissions in the labor offices.
Documents can be submitted electronically through the System for secure electronic delivery /SSEV/, signed with a qualified electronic signature /KEP/ or through a licensed postal operator, and if it is impossible to use these two methods - by visiting the labor office.
Regardless of the method of sending, the documents are submitted to the "Labor Bureau" Directorate serving the territory of the employees' place of work or to the labor bureau where the employer is approved.
The updated Application Procedure for employers under PMS 151/2020 and other detailed information on application and monthly reporting of employers is published on the website of the Employment Agency, under the heading "Payment of compensations for maintaining employment".
