Today, May 22, Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcomed a delegation from the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Panayot A. Popov was born on November 30, 1848 in Rousse, where he spent his childhood. He finished third grade at the "Mitrondio" Lyceum.
