- Human resources development
ID: 2016-1-RO01-KA202-024710
Duration: September 1, 2016 – September 1, 2018
The E&E Fashion project aims to develop a European Learning Toolkit to practically support the introduction of work-based learning at all stages of vocational education. In addition, the project will support the introduction of mechanisms to ensure the quality of vocational education in the fashion sector, emphasizing the feedback between the different stages in the educational process.
Training tools will be linked to all phases of training: planning (to identify required skills), organization (agreements between schools/training centers and companies), implementation (defining roles for trainers in schools and in companies), evaluation (models for assessing competences acquired in informal contexts, tools for assessing soft skills suitable for professional realization and mobility, a standardized template for providing documentary evidence to the whole process).
Expected long-term benefits:
- raising the awareness of educational institutions and businesses about work-based learning and the assessment of its quality, benefits, challenges and existing good practices;
- engaging institutions and companies in the sector with work-based learning;
- providing practical guidance and tools in the field of work-based learning in the fashion sector;
- maintaining a systematic approach to quality.
