Successfully held seminar "From Traditional to Online Trade: How SMEs in Ruse can compete with the Big Players"
On October 24, 2023, a specialized seminar on "From Traditional to Online Trade" took place in the conference hall of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RTIK). The event, organized in partnership with euShipments.com, one of the leading companies in the field of logistics and fulfillment services, managed to gather experts, entrepreneurs and stakeholders in the online business under one roof.
The main emphasis in the discussion was put by RTIK experts - Irena Ivanova and Svetoslav Minchev. Project expert Ivanova drew the audience's attention to the important project RetRail, which aims to transform the way SMEs adopt and implement digital innovation in their business processes. She emphasized the importance of the training platform developed under the project, which offers modules on various aspects of e-commerce, from influencer marketing to fast delivery strategies and customer relationship management.
Then Svetoslav Minchev, as a marketing expert with many years of experience, revealed some of the key elements for successful online business management. He briefly presented important practical advice, starting from choosing the right technology platform for the development of online commerce, to methods for measuring and improving customer satisfaction.
The second part of the event was dedicated to the partners from euShipments.com, presented by Mrs. Ashchen Garabedova. She provided an inside look at the company's development and how they are positioning themselves as an indispensable partner for online merchants in the field of logistics and fulfillment. Ms. Garabedova reviewed the company's extensive partner network and highlighted the advantages they offer to their current and potential customers, such as speed of delivery, reliability and convenience.
The event ended with a networking session, during which the participants had the opportunity to exchange business ideas, contacts and discuss opportunities for future collaborations.
