RTIK presented an "Internship model for the development of entrepreneurial skills"
Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a seminar aimed at representatives of vocational high schools and trainers in the field of vocational education. Developed as part of the App.Mod.E project, the workshop on the topic "Internship model for the development of entrepreneurial skills" focuses on methodology and practical tools combining the acquisition of professional and entrepreneurial skills.
The innovative model was developed by an international team of experts, and is based on the principle of "learning by doing", including several guidelines:
- Problem-based learning
- Application of gamification elements
- Use of European methodologies for formulating and evaluating learning outcomes
In the subsequent discussion, the participants gave their opinions regarding the applicability of the model in Bulgarian realities. The trainers shared what their current needs are in the field of vocational education and in particular the organization of internship programs. Participants provided suggestions for improving the model, and what parts of it would be useful in future training activities.
Project App.Mod.E, financed under the Erasmus+ program, is developed by a European consortium including organizations from 6 countries: Sud Concept (France), IDEC (Greece), Eurocrea Merchant (Italy), Asociatia Oamenilor de Afaceri Arges (Romania), Politechnika Ikastegia Txorierri (Spain), and Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bulgaria).
