An RTIK expert is a member of an international group of good practices for promoting youth entrepreneurship

Desislava Dimitrova – Expert in European programs and projects at the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, became part of an international group for good practices in the incubation of young social entrepreneurs. The group was formed as part of the Better Incubation program (http://betterincubation.eu/) and aims to survey and select the best practices in supporting young entrepreneurs wishing to develop their social business. For a whole year, experts from business support organizations from all over Europe will work together to discover and transfer the best tools and approaches to support young entrepreneurs with a cause.

The work of the group will go through 3 main stages: 

1) broad survey; 

2) mutual evaluation and selection of the most successful good practices;

3) their pilot testing in different national contexts.

In addition to the expert group on youth entrepreneurship, as part of the Better Incubation program, there will be more specialized groups to support female entrepreneurship, migrant entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs with disabilities and those of the third age.  

Better Incubation is a 2-year program (2021 – 2023) powered by the LIAISE project, funded by the European Union's Employment and Social Innovation programme. It unites the efforts and expertise of the European Network of Business Innovation Centers (EBN | Innovation network), Impact Hub (IHUB – Homepage – Impact Hub) and the European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA - Welcome | EVPA ) and aims to change the system of business incubation aim to make it more inclusive and effective.
