Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB) prepared changes to the guarantee program to support small and medium-sized businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. They expand the scope of the government measure, allowing more companies from the sectors most affected by the pandemic to benefit from it. With the decision of the Court of Justice of 28.10.2020, the amount of loans guaranteed by BBR increases, which will now be able to reach BGN 2 million. The application deadline is extended by 6 months, until mid-June 2021. Among the eligible companies are already large enterprises that are registered as commercial companies in the country. 

Employers who wish to receive funds for the period before 1.10.2020 and meet the conditions of PMS No. 151/03.07.2020 (the second design of the 60/40 measure) can submit an application and the required documents until 17: 00:00 on 15.10.2020

Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the assistance of the international consulting company EY (Ernst & Young), invite businesses from Ruse and the region to a seminar on "Preparation of a strategic transaction - acquisition, merger or sale in connection with overcoming the consequences of COVID-19" .

Business Innovation Center "Innobridge", created by the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, shows very good marks in the annual report on the assessment of its activity for 2019. The report was prepared by the European Business and Innovation Network (EBN) - an organization including 140 businesses innovation centers and over 40 other organizations, and of which Innobridge is a member.
