Desislava Dimitrova – Expert in European programs and projects at the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, became part of an international group for good practices in the incubation of young social entrepreneurs. The group was formed as part of the Better Incubation program (http://betterincubation.eu/) and aims to survey and select the best practices in supporting young entrepreneurs wishing to develop their social business.
According to the World Tourism Organization, global trade is expected to fall by between 13% and 32 % this year due to the disruption of normal lifestyles and economic activity around the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The economy should be restarted immediately after the crisis ends, with tourism expected to play a major role in stimulating consumption and revitalizing the economy.
Rousse Chamber of Commerce and Industry organizes an online discussion related to the tourism sector, the problems facing businesses, new opportunities and the potential of the shared economy. The event is organized in connection with the "Your Local Guide" project, in which the Chamber is a partner, and which aims to promote the digital competences of both people employed in tourism and sole entrepreneurs who would like to start a business in the field of tourism, management and promotion of tourist destinations.
In the context of ongoing socio-economic changes, transversal skills such as entrepreneurship are essential not only to shape the attitudes of young people, but also to provide competences that are fundamental to the development of an entrepreneurial culture in Europe.
Digital Transformation in Advanced Manufacturing Systems: An Integrated Training Program for EU Technicians to Implement and Manage Digital Tools in Smart Manufacturing, or DTAM for short, is a three-year Skills Sector Alliances project targeting Vocational Education and Training (VET) of the Erasmus Program + of the EU.
In a short online presentation RTIK will present the results of the closing Your Local Guide project under the Erasmus+ program. The project started in 2018, and aims to support those who want to start their own business in the field of tourism, promotion and management of tourist destinations, such as tourist guides and others.
RTIK is part of the "SMART VILLAGE - Development of rural tourism through circular economy and social innovations" project, financed by the Erasmus+ program of the EU. The main objective of the project is to create a new educational curriculum to build new basic digital skills and competences for over 900 low-skilled adults affected by the COVID-19 pandemic crisis and more specifically for persons living in rural areas from at least 9 European local communities .
On 20.11.2020, the first partner meeting under the We Get project was held! Women's Entrepreneurship: Discovering New Perspectives, aimed at young female entrepreneurs or ladies who have recently started their own business. The project partners outlined the main time aspects for the implementation of the activities and the main tasks of each of the consortium members.
