Ruse students were "Managers for a day" in the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Students from "St. Constantine-Kyril the Philosopher" SUE, PGO "Nedka Ivan Lazarova" and PGIU "Elias Canetti" took part in the annual "Manager for a day" initiative, organized by "Junior Achievement" - Bulgaria.
A total of eleven young people got to know the activities of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as the experts working in it. They also received more information about European projects, the work on them, and the support that can be provided to businesses through similar initiatives. Under the guidance of RTIC experts, the youth had the opportunity to be creative and develop their own ideas or initiatives, which they then presented and received feedback on.
The students also received certificates for their participation in the initiative from RTIK Executive Director Milen Dobrev, who wished them success with the realization of their ambitious plans.
"Manager for a day" is a career guidance initiative with a 15-year history that gives participants the opportunity to choose the profession or professional direction that suits them. Its purpose is to give a start to the career realization of pupils and students between the ages of 16 and 23. During the initiative, senior government officials and established managers from all spheres of business and public life help young people to get to know the real work of the relevant institution or company within one working day. "Manager for a day" is in line with the European Union's policy to make education practical, so that young people can get real training for the real world of business relations.
