The two sides agreed to promote economic exchange between the countries, as well as the exchange of trade delegations, experts, creation of new business contacts and opportunities for members of the two chambers. Business communities are at the center of the agreement, with a commitment to facilitate them to the maximum extent through the exchange of commercial and logistical information, the organization of joint trade exhibitions, fairs, conferences and delegations, and the removal of obstacles to the free development of common businesses.

Interaction and mediation in disputes between partners on both sides is envisaged, with the aim of avoiding long court procedures.
