The Vratsa Chamber of Commerce and Industry informs about the successful completion of the project "Digitalization - Strategic guide for digitalization of SMEs" under the Erasmus+ program, in which the regional chamber is a partner.

The main objective of the project Digitization - Strategic Guide for the Digitization of SMEs", with a duration of 2 years (01.11.2017 - 31.10.2019) and implemented by 7 European organizations, was to develop an innovative Self-Learning Guide, available online, for direct application in the workplace to prepare the strategic settings of the digitization process and to initiate it in SMEs as an operational process.

The online guide is free and available in five languages – English, German, Italian, Greek and Bulgarian. In it, you will find useful information on the development and implementation of an individual strategy for digital transformation in companies, as well as up-to-date information and suggested additional literature on the various types of digital technologies.

In the Online Guide you will find additional information about the project itself and the participating organizations, as well as interesting topics such as:

  • The importance of digitization in today's competitive environment
  • European policies in the field of digitization
  • Digitization and organizational development
  • Designing a digital transformation process in SMEs
  • Changing business models
  • The effects of digital transformation on companies
