Good news for the Bulgarian fashion industry
The Bulgarian Fashion Association established in September with participation in "TexTaylor Expo 2019", Plovdiv and White Label World Expo in London
On October 30, 2019, a meeting was held between representatives of the Bulgarian Fashion Association and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC), where opportunities for cooperation and development of the new branch organization were discussed.
Silvia Kabaivanova, its president and long-time editor-in-chief of www.fashion.bg, Dean Manev, vice-president of BMA and Milen Dobrev, executive director of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended the meeting in the Chamber on behalf of the Bulgarian Fashion Association.
The Bulgarian Fashion Association, established in September, has already planned participation in a number of events at home and abroad, with the aim of popularizing Bulgarian fashion and assisting companies from this industry in entering foreign markets. The start is at "TexTaylor Expo 2019" (November 7-9 in Plovdiv), where the association will have its own stand. On November 27 and 28, the BMA will also participate in the White Label World Expo in London, where thousands of global business leaders, entrepreneurs, online sellers, retailers and distributors gather to meet with representatives from Amazon, E-Bay, Shopify and others top e-commerce companies. During the meeting, the Chairman of the Chamber, Tsvetan Simeonov, expressed interest in the initiatives and plans of the newly established association and emphasized the commitment with which the Chamber of Commerce and Industry treats domestic proceedings.
